Alaska’s Seward Highway stretches over a distance of just over 200km and allows drivers to make their way between Seward and Anchorage in a matter of less than 3 hours. For visitors to these parts, the best part about a road trip is being able to take your time and enjoy as many of the sights around you as possible. In Anchorage, Prince William Sound is the natural destination of choice. It has remained wonderfully untouched over the years and is a haven for wildlife. The Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center provides visitors with insight into the local history and culture as does the Alaska Native Heritage Center. There are a number of great hiking trails in the area.

Resurrection Bay and Holgate Glacier are two of the most popular natural sights here. You can also enjoy a stroll around the local harbour, a visit to the local aquarium or even enjoy a boat ride!
