Stroomi Beach is perfect for families with children, for there is a playground, an electric car circuit, and an open-air gym. Cabins, lockers, and beach chairs are available for hire, plus they have showers, and picnic and barbecue places. Stroomi is also a great place for fresh air and exercise and leisure, with cycle tracks, sports fields, and several cafes. There are beach patrols too in season.

Kakumäe Beach is Another Favourite for Children

Kakumäe Beach is away from the main town in the suburb of Haabersti. Consequently, it is less commercial with natural bush fringing it. The water is quite shallow and relatively calm. There are ball courts and children’s playgrounds. Beyond these, facilities are simple comprising showers, changing cabins, and an ice cream stand. We vote Kakumäe tops for a traditional beach holiday.

Perhaps the greatest thing about beach holidaying with a motorhome is the go-anywhere freedom it offers leisure travellers. You do not have to pack and unpack as you travel between accommodations either, and you don’t have noisy neighbours on the other side of the bedroom wall. Moreover, when it is time to say farewell to the old Estonian town of Tallinn, you simply return the rental vehicle to our city or airport depot. That way, you have more time for simply having fun.
